These Terms of Use govern your use of https://webaxis.site (the “Site”), operated by WebAxis(“WebAxis”, “we”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in a way that breaches any applicable law, infringes anyone’s rights, transmits malicious code, or interferes with the Site’s normal operation.

2. Engagement terms

These Terms of Use govern only the Site. Where we provide services to you, those services are governed by a separate signed agreement (a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement). In case of conflict, that signed agreement prevails.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site - text, design, logos, graphics, code, images - is owned by WebAxis or used under licence. You may not reproduce, copy or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Client work

Where we produce work for a client (websites, content, design, ad accounts, brand assets), ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, as set out in the relevant engagement agreement. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability or availability of the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebAxis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
