- We serve Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar, Arusha, Nairobi, Kampala and Kigali. Most retainer work runs remotely with weekly written check-ins. We visit in person for kickoff workshops, quarterly strategy reviews, and active build phases when the brief warrants the travel.
