How does an engagement usually start?

What information do you need from us upfront?

A short description of what you sell, who you sell to, and what success looks like in 90 days. Access to any existing analytics or accounts you have. We do not need brand documents to start - we will build that picture together.

Where are you actually based?

Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. We are remote-first across the team but meet clients in person for kickoffs, quarterly reviews and active workshops. Dar workshops typically run in Masaki, Mikocheni or the City Centre.

How much do the WebAxis packages cost?

Setup is a $100 one-time build. Growth is $200 per month and Premium is $250 per month. Anything outside those shapes is quoted as a fixed Custom price in writing after a 30-minute call. All prices are payable in TZS or USD with no hidden line items - the full breakdown is on the pricing page.

Are retainers locked in?

No. Monthly. We ask for 30 days’ notice so we can wind down work cleanly. Project work is fixed-price, typically 50% on kickoff and 50% on delivery.

Do you charge for the first call?

No. The 30-minute discovery call is free regardless of whether you proceed.

Can I pay in TZS via mobile money?

Accepted Answer

Yes. TZS via M-Pesa Tanzania, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money or bank transfer. UGX, KES, RWF and USD invoicing on request.

Will we have one main contact?

Yes. A senior project lead is your primary contact, with specialists (strategist, designer, developer, SEO, content) involved as needed. No account-management games.

How often will we hear from you?

During an active project, weekly written check-ins. During a retainer, a monthly one-page report, a monthly review call, and ad-hoc WhatsApp during business hours.

Do we own everything you produce?

Yes. Code, design files, content, ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profile - all in your name, all yours. We never lock clients in.

Do you do branding from scratch?

Can you migrate our existing website without losing SEO?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A managed migration with 301 redirects and an SEO continuity plan is standard on every rebuild. Losing rankings on a relaunch is amateur-hour - we do not.

Do you run Google Ads or Meta Ads?

Not at launch - we have deliberately focused our first year on owned-channel disciplines (SEO, GBP, content, social, brand, web). If paid is the right next move for your business, we will partner you with a paid specialist we trust and stay involved as the strategist.

Do you work with clients outside East Africa?

Yes - from anywhere in the world. Much of our work runs across Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda from our Dar es Salaam base, with in-person visits where the brief warrants it. International clients (UK, EU, UAE, US and beyond) engage on exactly the same packages and prices, billed in USD, with a monthly cadence that works across time zones.

Do you use AI tools?

We use AI for research, outline structuring and image direction - never for the finished prose or final design. Every published piece is written and edited by humans and carries the byline of a real person on our team.

Can we keep our existing developer or freelancer alongside you?

Yes. We frequently slot in alongside existing in-house or freelance teams and own only the disciplines we are strongest at. The brief is honest about scope from day one.

Will the site work well on a cheap Android over patchy 4G?
